We are highly experienced in offset requirements at the federal level (EPBCA) and within Tasmania, being the lead ecological consultants on the Guidelines for the use of Biodiversity Offsets in the local planning approval process. We are experienced in defining the required extent of offsets (including the EPBCA offsets calculator), prioritising areas for offset, and producing offset proposals and management plans for regulators.

We are also members of the NOPSEMA consulting panel formed to provide technical advice to inform assessment and decision-making processes in relation to offshore energy projects and strategic marine projects.
