What we are looking for…

Essential criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in relevant discipline.
  • Strong time and project management skills, including experience working within a budget, and appreciation of the importance of these elements to business operations.
  • Well-developed communication and management skills and a demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate with other staff, regulators, and clients.
  • A strong self-driven work ethic, a positive attitude towards a dynamic and complex workload, and the ability to work productively while balancing multiple priorities and directions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and Sharepoint systems.
  • Authorisation to work in Australia.

Desirable criteria

  • Honours or higher post graduate qualifications.
  • Client connections and the capacity to increase our company’s workload in particular sectors.
  • Consulting experience in the private sector.
